Bollywood Actor Salman Khan was today directed by a Mumbai sessions court where a fresh trial against him in the 2002 hit-and-run case for which he can face a jail term until 10 years. Sallu was including by his two sisters- Arpita Khan and Alvira Khan. The Bollywood Dabbang Actor will be tried for offence of 'culpable homicide not amounting to murder' under section 304 Indian Panel Cod at the Mumbai Court. Sessions Judge U B Hejib announced that charges will be framed opposite him on 24th July, when the next hearing is scheduled. If convicted, Salman faces up to 10 years of imprisonment. The 47-year-old actor had sooner omitted his last hearing in June and if he misses Wednesday's hearing, he will be in held over. The Magistrate court had sooner tried him for a less Delinquency of causing death by responsibility, which carries a 2-year jail term as maximum punishment.
